General Description
Mexican Whip-poor-will (Antrostomus arizonae) is a medium-sized (22-27 cm) nightjar that is found from the southwestern U.S., south to Guatemala. They are associated with conifer and mixed conifer forests. They are nocturnal and catch insects on the wing.
