General Description
Cylindrical Cyst Clam Shrimp (Eulimnadia cylindrova) is a medium-sized (5-8 mm) freshwater branchiopod that is distributed from the southern U.S., to Venezuela, Columbia, and the Galapagos Islands. In New Mexico it occurs in the Rio Grande and Pecos river basins. It inhabits temporary wetlands, pools, and playas.
