General Description
Vallonia Snail ?(Vallonia sonorana) is a tiny (shell diameter 2.7 mm) terrestrial snail that only occurs in the area of Big Hatchet Peak of the Big Hatchet Mountains in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. It is often found in leaf litter in oak-pinyon-juniper mountain woodlands at the base of cliffs.
