Directions - Use all or any portion of the scientific or common name and/or select one or more choices from the tables below to create your search criteria. The name field search uses wildcards before and after your terms, so for example, putting "hawk" (without the quotes) in the common name field will bring up all records with hawk in the common name including goshawks and hawkmoths. You may select more than one choice from a box using shift-click or ctrl-click. The default output is onscreen HTML with scientific names in the results table hotlinked to more detailed species reports from NatureServe Explorer™. From the query results page you may also choose comma- or tab-delimited text for download into a database or spreadsheet program. A printable HTML version of your results will also be available. |
